Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our off-line and online marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, increase market share, and drive sales across all offline and online channels.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, target audience insights, and competitive landscape, translating them into actionable marketing plans.

3. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and PR initiatives.

4. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

5. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

6. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives and partnerships.

8. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;

2. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the home improvement, retail, or consumer goods industry.

3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing analytics and KPIs to drive business results.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across departments.

6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, able to develop compelling brand narratives and marketing messages that resonate with target audiences.

7. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines.
